At Stronger Faster Soccer, we offer three elite training programs designed to maximize player performance. Our Speed, Strength & Conditioning Program builds explosive power, agility, and endurance to give athletes a competitive edge on the field. The Barefoot Elite Soccer Touch & Development Program focuses on refining ball control, footwork, and technical skills through specialized training that enhances natural movement and precision. A futsal program would focus on quick decision-making, ball control in tight spaces, and high-intensity gameplay. For players seeking personalized attention, our Private One-on-One Coaching provides customized training tailored to individual needs, ensuring targeted improvement in speed, strength, technique, and game intelligence. Speed, Agility, Strength and Conditioning
$50/session or $225/mo.
Our Speed, Strength & Conditioning Program builds explosive power, agility, endurance, and injury prevention to give athletes a competitive edge on the field. Choose between 1 or 2 sessions per week. Small group training (2-4 athletes).
One-On-One Training
$75/session
Customized training tailored to individual needs, ensuring targeted improvement in speed, strength, technique, and game intelligence. For those looking to refine position-specific skills, private coaching ensures tactical training that enhances decision-making, movement off the ball, and in-game awareness. With flexible scheduling and goal-oriented progression, one-on-one training provides quicker, measurable improvements, making it ideal for serious athletes preparing for club, high school, or college competition.
Barefoot Soccer
$40/session or $125/month
Our Barefoot Soccer Training Membership provides one specialized session per week, focusing on elite ball control, creativity, and technical skills. This program enhances natural movement, touch, and footwork, helping players develop greater confidence and precision on the field.
Futsal
$40/session or $125/month
A futsal program would focus on quick decision-making, ball control in tight spaces, and high-intensity gameplay. Since futsal is played on a smaller court with a heavier ball, the program will emphasize: quick decision-making, fast, controlled passing and close ball control – developing dribbling and shielding skills to maneuver in tight spaces.

Rachel is a former Division 1 soccer player and team captain, bringing elite playing experience and leadership to her coaching. She holds a U.S. Soccer D License, equipping her with advanced training methodologies to develop young athletes. As a Surf Soccer Club coach, Rachel is dedicated to building technically skilled, confident, and high-performing players both on and off the field.

Wally
Wally is a highly experienced strength and conditioning coach who has trained both men’s and women’s college soccer players, helping them build strength, speed, and endurance for peak performance. A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, he brings a unique approach to athletic development, emphasizing discipline, physicality, and mental toughness. With years of coaching expertise, Wally is committed to maximizing each athlete’s physical and competitive potential on the field.
